The Best Characters, Events, and/or Ideas

Giga-Bot Prime
Since there's virtually no new characters, the best event/idea that happen would be that Archie manage to tie up a lot of loose ends in this year alone and answer questions we've often wondered, and not holding it off till 2 or 3 years down the road. The how-the-Robians-turned-back-into-Mobians, Tails' parents, bringing in Shadow, telling u what happen to Elias, and of course, ending that love triangle, among others.
Shadow's come back, Mina's character development, the #124-125 story arc, and the derobotization of the Mobians
Mobius 25 Years Later
The Sonic/Sally/Mina triangle was dealt with (not the way I wanted, but... Oh, well)
Ending the love triangle, bringing back E.V.E., everyone thinking sonic was dead for a year, Antione's scar
I guess the best event would have to be Sonic being "dead."
The best new character was Karl (the weasel with the dreads). The best idea was to shoot Mina. The best event was Sonic's homecoming.
Ending the Sally/Sonic/Mina love triangle (For now), pushing the current time ahead one year, and introducing M:25YL
As they were late in the year and incomplete, I won't say "M:25YL" or the "Home" though I love the direction they appear to be going. So that really leaves SA2.5, This is really more what I would have liked #100 to be like, something that has more of a purpose and is truly meant to wrap up more than 1 storyarc.
Best charecter: that alien chick working for Breelbrox in 128. Best idea: a trip through space.
Event: Knuckles coming back from the dead. Idea: Mobius 25yl Character: Riki-Le
Sonic has returned one year in the future. (130)
Shadow, Mina's character development, the #124-125 story arc, putting an end to the Green Knuckles storyline, & the derobotization of the Mobians

Jeff (the weasel Sonic clocked in Sonic #122), the declaration of love between Sally & Sonic, Knuckles' return from the dead, the "death"/return of Sonic, the semi-reboot due to Sonic not being around for a year, and Mobius: 25 Years Later

The Worst Characters, Events, and/or Ideas

Commander BagBar Breeblebrox
The Back stories accompanying the Space Arc. They were nothing but waste ot spaces. Better left for use to develop the other lesser known characters or show how the important people in Sonic's lives are dealing with his so-called "death".
The space arc was a bit useless and M (Mecha)

Extended off-panel, zoom through Knuckles's life (though I understand why it was made), Sonic lost in space.
Naming the computer A.D.A.M. so soon after reintroducing E.V.E., giving Nack a gang, recap of Knux's life, extending Off-Panel (it was definately "off")
The whole "Sonic the god" thing was REALLY annoying.
The worst new character(s) were the Xorda. The worst event was the back-up story in #126. The worst idea was to kill Knuckles.
Sonic vs. Super Sonic (The way it was executed, anyway), the Xorda, the Afterlife arc, and handling of Snively since 118.
"Tossed in Space" REALLY coulda been alot worse than it was, I think Romy really did what she could with the arc, but thankfully it was only a few issues long.
Worst event: The Death and Return of Knuckles. Worst idea: Aliens deroboticize everyone.
Event: Sonic going into space. Idea: Jules being a robian instead of being like everyone else. Character: It's a tie between the Bem person who de-robotisized everyone [Ceneca-9009] and the Xorda.
