A robotic chicken, Scratch is the self-proclaimed leader of the "dynamic" duo of Scratch and Grounder. Pushing Grounder around whenever he can, Scratch is quick to jump to the conclusion that he "caught the hedgehog" which ends up getting him into an argument with Grounder. Constantly falling for the seemingly never ending disguises and tricks of Sonic and Tails, Scratch is constantly finding himself being demoted to horrible jobs at Robotnik's lair or being threatened to be turned into "tin cans". Not having enough intelligence to use Dr. Robotnik's invention properly, Scratch is constantly finding himself blown to pieces when Sonic destroys the invention.

Say hello to the sheep, gullible and having more gambling problems than a casino, these sheep are willing to give their freedom for a few rounds on the slot machine. They rely on Sonic to get them back their freedom so that they can also learn their lesson.

Known as the absolute hero through the entire cartoon, Sonic is one laid-back hedgehog that always finds himself getting into trouble where ever he goes. Always willing to do the job, Sonic comes up with what seems endless plans and tricks to play and the unsuspecting Grounder and Scratch, most of which involve dressing up, even as a girl on more than one occasion. Alone and with his only true friend Tails, Sonic is constantly racing around Mobius stopping Robotnik from harming the innocent and taking over Mobius. Sonic is constantly having fun while making Robotnik and his robots look like complete idiots in the eyes of the citizens of Mobius, which only make Sonic more of a hero.

The Special Zone a place that will get you anywhere you need to go as long as you collect enough rings in order to do so otherwise you are in a lot of trouble. But don't worry, as there are more than enough rings.

Spelunk, the most removed mole from society ever seen. He hoards a massive amount of treasure and anyone that gets near it will never be able to see the surface world again. He's willing to keep anyone and do anything in order to keep his treasure safe.

The Starlight Zone, a mystic zone in space that is no where near Mobius and one that holds a lot of mystery.

Submerbia and the Labyrinth Zone, located underwater they are the great cities of the sea. Fragile, but not with out their own defenses, both places have something for Robotnik and he'll do anything to get it.

The Temple of Komometz is the cursed temple in the jungle that disappears every morning. At night is the only time that it is visible and any one in there that doesn't get out by daylight is stuck in there forever. It's a huge temple full of traps and secrets for anyone brave enough to enter.

The town of McGuffen, a small town with a big celebration for Sonic. It's a town where people like Sonic and will honor him every year.

Tranquil Gulch a small western town that comes under attack from Robotnik often only because he wants to turn it into a casino like town. It's people are very stern in not letting it happens and they trust in their sheriff.
