Summary
US Title: no title yet
The episode starts with a brief recap of Chris leaving his world and entering Sonic's. Chris doesn't understand what happened and how he shrunk. Tails, Cream, and Amy run up and greet him and they all start asking many questions. Chris approaches Sonic and says he did it all by himself and Sonic knows that he could. Chris notices that no one has changed since he last saw them. Sonic says that Chris hasn't changed either but questions why is wearing clothes that are too big for him. Chris explains that they were his size as Sonic passes out. Tails says that he has only fainted and Chris wonders what happened.
Back at Cream's house Sonic is getting some rest as Chris looks at himself in a mirror quickly before sitting down with the others as Cosmo explains about the Metarex and how many planets have been destroyed by them already by taking a planet's heart and destroying the planets. Knuckles wonders who Cosmo is and Cosmo explains she has nothing to do with them. Knuckles explains that he doesn't trust anyone but Cosmo explains that's why she has come to see Sonic saying everyone on her planet has been killed by the Metarex.
Back elsewhere Chris, Tails, and Amy are talking about how horrible the news is that Cosmo told them. Tails says that it is amazing that Chris was able to develop a machine by himself and get here in only 6 months. Chris now knows why no one has changed and explains that on his planet 6 years have passed and he is actually 18-years-old. Tails and Amy say that he is little for his age, but Chris says that he had grown but somehow he has shrunk. Tails says they must correct it quickly but Chris says it is not important. As they go to check on Sonic they see he has left suddenly and Chris says he hasn't changed at all.
Sonic has run to the top of a mountain and says that the wind has suddenly stopped. Meanwhile Knuckles is talking to the Master Emerald as Rouge appears. Rouge asks if it is true if the emeralds disappeared and Knuckles says it is true. He goes on to say how weird things have been going on lately as Rouge takes off and Knuckles yells at her saying he won't speak to her anymore.
Back at Cream's house Vanilla holds up some clothes she just made for Chris that are his old clothes that she made from memory. Chris thanks her and blushes. Outside Cream and Cheese are playing and Cosmo says how nice the planet is and Creams says she may stay. Cosmo thinks to herself how much she must protect this planet and sees Amy and Tails walk into the room inside the house after Chris has finished changing. She then says to Cream that she doesn't want the Metarex to hurt any other planets and Cream reassures her that Sonic will protect them and not to worry so much. Cosmo says he doesn't have the emeralds anymore and Cream says he doesn't need them.
At that moment Sonic races in and says that they will just have to go and find them. Cosmo asks why he left so suddenly and Sonic says that since he is the one that lost the emeralds that he must also be the one to get them back. Tails walks out and says that Sonic had underestimated his enemy this time. Sonic agrees and says that it is the first time someone has been able to stand up to him while he was Super Sonic. Cosmo gets his attention saying that some of her people went through the universe trying to find ways to stop the Metarex but her people were ultimately destroyed. Sonic says they will get the emeralds first and then they will stop the Metarex. Amy says that she will join in as well as everyone else will.
Down in Tails' lab Chris says that if they start to build a ship now it will take a lot of time to get it down, however Tails tells him to be patient as he turns on the lights he shows off a huge ship saying it is the Typhoon and that he built it to push back Eggman if he attacked. Tails says it was design to fly in the atmosphere but with a little more power he could get it up into space, however he doesn't have that kind of power as he was going to use the Chaos Emeralds. Chris knows where they can get the power.
Meanwhile Knuckles is walking around the forest wondering where Rouge is as he sees the Master Emerald has disappeared. Chris and the others have taken it and connected it to their ship. Knuckles comes running in wondering what is going on and Sonic explains that they have borrowed it for their ship. Knuckles wonders why he wasn't asked and Cosmo explains that they need it to find the emeralds. Cream invites Knuckles to join them, but he just wants the emeralds. Cosmo and Cream gang up on him and Amy walks up with her hammer the three of them gang up on Knuckles. Sonic explains that he should know better than to refuse anything to girls.
Tails is slowly talking to Sonic explaining what they need to do. Sonic and Knuckles are busy gathering materials as Tails and Chris begin preparing the ship. Tails apologizes for bringing Chris on the mission so suddenly but Chris says that he is happy to go with them. Chris says that this time around he can help out and starts working on the computer. Tails says that Chris reminds him of Chuck. Chris says that since they are working on it that they must have put on all the weapons possible to make Chuck jealous if he's learning all of this. The two of them continue working as another Metarex descends to the planet saying they cannot make it there.
Amy and Cream are walking towards the ship with their things as they spot Cosmo sitting on a stump quietly. Cream asks her if she can help them and she agrees, but as she tries to pick up some bags they are too heavy and she rolls down the hill. Cream and Amy make sure she is okay as the Metarex flies in overhead. The robot starts attacking as Sonic and Knuckles knock it down. It releases a sword and chops down a tree. Sonic and Knuckles know they cannot stop it and the Metarex says he will not let them leave. At the sip Tails and Chris see the Metarex and figure it is after their ship. Chris has Tails check the equipment on the bridge and says there are only a few small things left that need to be down, but they can get them done once they are in the air. They decide to start lifting off and they contact Amy on a communicator watch to get Amy and the others to hurry up Cream is to go get Sonic and Knuckles while Cosmo goes with Amy to the ship.
Sonic and Knuckles are keeping the robot distracted as it tries to attack again. As they stand there it releases dozens of missiles, some of which are heading towards the ship as Tails tries to get it ready. Sonic races ahead and knocks them away. The robot fires its laser but it is too heavy for the sand and Knuckles creates a sinkhole, which it falls in. Cream flies in and tells Knuckles he needs to get on the ship right away. Sonic comes back and tells Knuckles to go ahead he'll handle the robot.
On the ship Amy and Cosmo have finished loading as Tails makes the final preparations and says that they are ready to go. Chris is down in the engine room making sure everything is okay as the main engine comes on-line Knuckles recites the chant and gets the Master Emerald to use its power to start the ship up. Back at her home Cream makes sure that everything is okay with her mother and gives her a hug when she approves.
Meanwhile Sonic is trying to keep the robot distracted finding it to block all of his moves, he wonders what Tails is doing as the ground starts to shake. Tails says everything is good as the massive ship takes off from the ground. The Metarex fires more missiles and Sonic knocks them away. Sonic says he won't let it damage the ship as Knuckles commands the Master Emerald to give him the power he needs. The ship is up to full speed as Tails tells Sonic to prepare as they are going to use the main cannon. The engine powers up and Sonic runs inside getting on a platform he powers up his super spin attack and as Tails locks on Sonic is fired out as super speed and destroys all the missiles as well as smashing through the Metarex causing it to explode. Sonic goes flying through the air as the Typhoon takes off. Chris catches Sonic in the Hyper Tornado as it heads back to the ship. The main cannon is removed and the ship uses full speed and it takes off into space. Amy gets the others to come to the control room as everyone watches the ship taking off. As Sonic rubs his ear he finds a device and wonders what it is.
At Eggman's base he finds out the device he put on Sonic when he was out was discovered. Bocoe and Decoe start up some engines and Eggman's own ship launches from space with Rouge following behind in her own small one. The episode ends with the Typhoon taking off into space. |
