Summary
US Title: no title yet
As the episode starts Chris and others try to barricade themselves in the house, but is broken into. They demand to know where Sonic is and they say they have no clue telling them to get out. The people try to get Chris and Amy uses her hammer to break a hole in the wall as they try to escape they find an even bigger mob. Just then Sam appears with his police force and tell the mob to basically leave and they do. Sam makes sure Chris is okay as he is upset at Sonic turning evil against Eggman. Meanwhile Sonic is busy destroying towers quickly as Eggman demands that the president destroy Sonic instantly upset at how Sonic is stopping him from helping people.
The president orders that Sonic be stopped instantly as GUN is released in full force. Eggman laughs at how gullible the president is as a wave of fans have appeared outside the capitol celebrating Eggman. Out in the jungle Rouge has sensed something strange and as they go down to investigate they find a dome. Back in the city Knuckles is found and asked to stop Sonic from destroying the towers.
As Sonic races to the next tower he comes under attack from the GUN forces but quickly makes his way through the blasts of laser and gun fire. He destroys the next tower and continues on as Knuckles decides to help the small crowd and give it a try at stopping Sonic.
Back at the pool Chris sits quietly as Tails and Amy wonder if something is bothering him. Chris explains that he is confused as to why Sonic is doing what he is doing wanting to have total faith in Sonic. Amy explains to him that in the end Sonic will always come through never doing dishonest things and Chris perks up having faith in Sonic. Chris stands up and they take off in the X Tornado to go find Sonic.
Meanwhile at another tower Knuckles stands waiting, as Sonic appears to knock it down. The GUN forces try to stop him, but he takes care of them and runs into Knuckles as he throws a punch. The two of them start another fight with both of them being about evenly matched. In the jungle Topaz and Rouge are trying their best to break into a steel dome they found thinking it's a power station.
At the tower Chris and the others spot Sonic and Knuckles fighting and Tails just says it is nothing new. The two of them continue fighting but the X Tornado gets in the middle with Knuckles saying not to interfere. Knuckles yells at Sonic telling him the trouble he's causing innocent people. Just as they are about to start fighting again the GUN forces surround them as they lock onto Sonic telling him to surrender. Sonic comes up to the jeep telling them all to stay calm. Knuckles yells at Chris telling him that Sonic was the reason, but Chris has faith in Sonic.
Sonic tells everyone that the egg moon has been bothering but Knuckles says that is nothing new. Sonic informs them if the egg moon really wasn't moving there is no way it could continually block the sun. After thinking things through they figure that the egg moon is continually moving to keep blocking the sun.
Back at the capitol Eggman is enjoying the cheers as Eggman says things are going as planned and he informs them that it is all a plan showing that he has actually placed everyone in a trance by using the sunshine balls to hypnotize people into worshiping him saying his empire is nearly ready.
At the towers Sonic said he didn't tell everyone because he figured that it was obvious, telling Knuckles that he is slow as a joke. Topaz contacts the president as he is informed of Eggman's trickery, but Eggman says that he will be the new leader and that the president is now his hostage. Back at the house they plane to destroy the control that is on the moon.
The cops cannot get into the capitol because of the crowd, but deep in the basement Stuart has made it in to start his search. In the main room Eggman shows off his dollar bill while Bocoe says he's made a hundred dollar bill and Decoe shows off his thousand dollar bill. Just then the X Tornado crashes into the main room with Eggman telling him the party is over. Eggman grabs the president but finds that it is only a balloon as Stuart has freed them. Sonic boots Eggman out as Topaz and Tanaka pilot a shuttle and Knuckles takes his position and destroys a tower on the moon. Instantly it moves away from the sun and light is restored to the planet with huge celebrations. Rouge says to Knuckles she liked it better when it was dark.
Back on the planet Eggman tries running as they come across Chris as he asks Eggman if he met Sonic when he fell into his living room. Running off to the no side he finds Tails and he asks if the X Tornado can fly more than 300MPH and runs to the yes side finding Amy. She asks if Sonic has said she's the prettiest in the whole world, Eggman runs to the no sign and finds Sonic holding a sign. Sonic has a sign with Eggman and himself on it. Sonic asks who is the coolest person and as Eggman runs to his face a giant rock falls on him and he is instantly arrested and taken off. Sonic gets cheers, as he is once again the hero. |
